Are you organic?
Technically yes, but officially, we are not allowed to say so. We are Certified Naturally Grown, a non-profit certification program designed for small farms. The major difference between Certified Naturally Grown and the USDA Organic program is the cost to farmers and the amount of paperwork. So no worries; no chemicals here!

What is farm-to-table catering?
Farm-to-table catering is a sustainable way to provide high-quality food while supporting ourselves and other small chemical-free farms. Our ingredients come from farms within a 100 mile radius, reducing the time and cost for shipping, ensuring absolute top-quality freshness, and keeping farmland as farmland. With ingredients such as seafood, we follow the guidelines from the Blue Ocean Institute, ensuring that we do not choose over-fished and endangered fish populations.

Why is it important to buy local?
The Emmaus Farmers' Market has an excellent list of 10 great reasons to buy local. To view that list, click here.

Where can I buy your produce and bread?
You can purchase some of our sweets at Mas Cafe, located in the triangle in downtown Emmaus. You can taste our vegetables prepared in the finest ways at Flow Food + Drink, 268 W. Broadway, Jim Thorpe. Or you can stop by our on-farm store in season.

Where are you located?
The farm is located 6 miles from Jim Thorpe, PA, right by the Carbon County Environmental Education Center and Mauch Chunk Lake Park. Come make a day of it by visiting all three! For directions, click here.
