Late Spring/Early Summer

*For catering/menu planning: There are other ingredients we source locally but do not grow, mainly fruit. In the Spring, there are strawberries, raspberries, cherries, and blueberries. Summer brings blueberries, cherries, apricots, peaches, pears, apples, and melons. Fall ends with apples and pears.
